We address the pain and dissatisfaction that may have motivated starting therapy and look toward easing symptoms, healing and recovery, improving life satisfaction, relationships and well being.
I incorporate the wisdom and tools from various psychotherapy approaches. Some clients choose to include the calming effects of mindfulness or meditation as a part of therapy.
Sessions can be in-person or through teletherapy. For teletherapy, we use HIPAA compliant, non-recorded video conferencing.
Appointment hours are available Mon-Thurs, 8am-6pm, Friday 8am-4:30pm.
